Laura Creavalle has traveled the world instructing others how to lose weight, get in shape, tone up and cook low fat allowing individuals to lose weight and gain energy. Her clientele has included Hollywood Celebrities, professional Track and Field athletes. She is a professional athlete having won the Ms International title, presented by Arnold Schwarzenegger, on 3 different occassions.
Here’s One Of The Recipes!!!
REAL TERIYAKI BEEF!
½ cup water
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 onion chopped
1 tsp fresh garlic
1-½ bell peppers cut very thin
8 oz flank steak
4 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger
1)With a sharp knife, cut steak into very thin slices. Set aside in a medium dish.
2)In a small bowl, mix water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and half of the onions.
3)Pour mixture over beef strips and marinate a minimum of 1 hour.
4)Drain Marinade and broil beef on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Careful not to overcook.
5)In a non stick skillet coated with cooking spray, grill remaining onions and peppers over a medium heat until soft on the outside and crunchy within; about 5 minutes.
6)In a saucepan, heat excess marinade over a low heat.
7)Remove the beef from the oven. Mix with veggies and smother with remaining heated marinade.
Serves 2. Serve with 1 cup cooked rice.

OUTRAGEOUS FAT FREE CHEESECAKEfruitful graham cracker pie crust
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Healthy Choice fat free cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. honey or sugar
2 T. flour
3 T. lemon juice
3/4 c. fat free egg product
1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat yogurt Lite whipped topping
Preheat over to 350.
Place crust in 9 or 10-inch springform pan, set aside.
Beat cream cheese, flour and honey or sugar together until light, fluffy and smooth.
Gradually add lemon juice an egg product, beat well.
Add lemon yogurt and mix thouroughly.
Pour over crust.
Loosely place aluminum foil over springform pan.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until center of cake is set.
Gentely run the edge of a knife between the cake edge and the pan.
Serve drizzled with raspberry preserves or fresh berries and lite whipped topping. Serves 12.
